A: Yes, Grunt can facilitate pickup and delivery between job sites.

Q: What types of vehicles does Grunt use for delivery?

A: Grunt offers sedans for small items and mid-size to full-size pickup trucks for larger loads.

Q: Is there a size or weight restriction on items Grunt can pick up?

A: Yes, deliveries are limited by vehicle size. Customers must select the correct vehicle type when placing an order. Single items must not exceed 50 pounds. Larger or heavier loads require customer assistance for unloading.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Download the Grunt App, create an account, upload your order confirmation or receipt from the supplier, select pickup and drop-off locations, choose a vehicle type, and confirm your order

Q: How soon will my order be delivered?

A: Deliveries are typically completed within two hours of when the order is ready for pickup.

Q: Can I schedule a delivery for a future date?

A: Yes, you can schedule pickup and delivery for a future date and time using the Grunt app.

Q: Can I track my delivery?

A: Yes, Grunt provides real-time notifications and in-app messaging with the driver for updates.

Q: How much does a Grunt delivery cost?

A: Pricing is based on the distance between pickup and drop-off locations and the vehicle type selected. The base rate starts at $24 for the first 3 miles using a sedan, plus $2.50 per additional mile. For a full-size pickup truck, the rate is $69 for the first mile, plus $2.50 per additional mile.

Q: How do I pay for my Grunt order?

A: Grunt accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Q: Do I have to tip the driver?

A: Tipping is recommended but not required.

Q: Can I modify my order after placing it?

A: No, orders cannot be modified. You must cancel the order and create a new one.

Q: Can I cancel a delivery?

A: Yes, but cancellations must be made within five minutes of placing the order. If canceled after five minutes, 20% of the driver’s payout goes to the driver. You will also be responsible for the Stripe payment processing fee. The remaining balance will be credited back to your card.

Q: Can Grunt pick up from any store?

A: Yes, Grunt can pick up from any local store, supplier, or warehouse as long as the order is paid for and ready for pickup.

Q: Can the driver pay for my items and get reimbursed?

A: No, you must pay the store directly before the driver picks up your order.

A: Yes, Grunt drivers are vetted, interviewed, and must meet strict criteria before being approved.
