As we expand, we are looking for one trusted Local Market Partner in select communities to help us introduce GRUNT, complete deliveries, build local relationships, and get the market off the ground.
We are not looking for the perfect résumé. We are looking for honest, dependable people with strong character, a solid work ethic, and a genuine connection to their community.
This is not a salaried or hourly position. You will initially earn money by completing deliveries using your own pickup truck.
As your market grows and additional local drivers begin completing deliveries, there may also be an opportunity to participate in an ongoing revenue-sharing arrangement.
Use your pickup truck to complete local deliveries for contractors, suppliers, trades, and businesses in your market.

This opportunity combines hands-on delivery work with local relationship building. The right person should be comfortable doing both.
A dependable pickup truck is required because you will initially complete deliveries throughout your market.
You must be physically able to safely lift, carry, load, secure, and unload items weighing up to 60 pounds.
You should be comfortable meeting people and building relationships with contractors, suppliers, and business owners.
You should communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and take pride in providing reliable service.
This is a hands-on opportunity that involves driving, loading and unloading items, meeting people, and helping local businesses.
You should be self-motivated and excited about helping grow something meaningful from the ground up.
There is no storefront, inventory, or traditional franchise operation to manage.
Your initial earnings come from the deliveries you complete rather than a guaranteed salary or hourly wage.
We are looking for a trusted relationship builder, not someone reading from a sales script.
