What is GRUNT?

GRUNT provides material pickup and delivery for contractors and trades in the Florida Panhandle. You order and pay for materials with your supplier, confirm the order is ready, and GRUNT handles the run to your jobsite.

How fast will my order be delivered?

GRUNT offers 2-hour, 4-hour, and scheduled delivery options. Delivery timing begins once the order is paid for, ready for pickup, and an eligible driver accepts the delivery. Actual timing can vary by distance, driver availability, supplier readiness, traffic, and load requirements.

How much does a GRUNT delivery cost?

Use the estimator at trygrunt.com/estimate — enter the distance and vehicle type to see an approximate cost. Exact pricing is calculated in the GRUNT app and shown at checkout before payment is processed. New contractors get their first delivery for $1 .

Can GRUNT pick up from any store or supplier?

GRUNT can pick up from local stores, suppliers, and warehouses when the order is paid for, ready for pickup, and fits the selected vehicle. Pickup locations have included Builders FirstSource, Ferguson, SRS Building Products, Sherwin-Williams, White Cap, Johnstone Supply, Mingledorff’s, Ace Hardware, Lowe’s, The Home Depot, City Electric Supply, and 84 Lumber. Store names identify pickup locations and do not imply a partnership or endorsement.

What vehicles does GRUNT use, and is there a weight limit?

GRUNT offers cars for small items and mid-size to full-size pickup trucks for larger loads. Select the vehicle type that fits the order. For items weighing 50 pounds or more, the customer must have someone available to help unload at the delivery location.

Can I use GRUNT to move materials between job sites?

Yes. GRUNT can handle pickup and delivery between job sites, not just from suppliers.

How do I place an order?

Download the GRUNT app, create an account, upload your order confirmation or receipt from the supplier, select pickup and drop-off locations, choose a vehicle type, and confirm your order.

Can I track my delivery and contact my driver?

Yes. GRUNT provides real-time notifications and in-app messaging with your driver. Your phone number stays private — all communication happens inside the app.

How do I pay, and do I have to tip?

GRUNT accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, processed securely via Stripe. Tipping is recommended but not required.

Can the driver pay for my items and get reimbursed?

No. You must pay the store directly before the driver picks up your order.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Orders cannot be modified — cancel and create a new one instead. Cancellations are free within five minutes of placing the order. After five minutes, 20% of the driver’s payout goes to the driver and you cover the payment processing fee; the remaining balance is credited back to your card.

Can I trust my GRUNT driver?

Yes. GRUNT drivers are vetted before they can accept deliveries.

What if my supplies are damaged or not delivered?
